Returns & Refunds Policy

Last Updated: 2026

At Dan Woollard Art, every canvas print is professionally made to order especially for you. Because each item is produced individually, we kindly ask that you read our Returns & Refunds Policy before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Products

All of our canvas prints are custom-made once your order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • No longer wanting the item
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please email:

Danwoollardart@hotmail.co.uk

and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Clear photographs of the packaging

Once we have reviewed the information, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with our printing and shipping partners to investigate.

Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or amend your order.

Colour Variations

We make every effort to display our artwork as accurately as possible.

Please note that colours may vary slightly between computer monitors, mobile devices and the finished printed canvas. These minor differences are not considered defects.
