Thank you for choosing Dan Woollard Art. Every canvas print is professionally made to order with care to ensure you receive a beautiful piece of artwork to enjoy for years to come.
Order Processing
As each canvas print is made especially for you, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
During busy periods, holidays or promotional events, production times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery
We proudly ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.
United Kingdom
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Europe
- Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch.
International
- Estimated delivery: 5–21 business days after dispatch.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your local postal service or courier.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
Dan Woollard Art cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders

We will work with our printing and delivery partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on production schedules or availability.
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information where applicable.
