Welcome to Dan Woollard Art. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

Dan Woollard Art is an online store offering original artwork and premium quality canvas prints inspired by fantasy, dragons, wildlife and nature.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Our canvas prints are professionally produced through our trusted print partner, Printumo.

Each canvas is made specifically to order. Because of this, production begins shortly after an order is placed and orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has started.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees that may apply in their own country.

5. Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and are estimates only.

Delays caused by couriers, customs or events beyond our control cannot be guaranteed against.

6. Returns & Refunds

As all canvas prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Accidental purchases

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

You must provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Colours

We make every effort to display artwork accurately.

Please note that colours may vary slightly between computer monitors, tablets, phones and printed products.

Minor colour differences do not constitute a fault.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, logos, product descriptions and website content are the intellectual property of Dan Woollard  unless otherwise stated.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, altered or used commercially without written permission.

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright ownership.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning

All artwork, images, photographs, product listings and other content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Dan Woollard Art.

No content from this website may be copied, downloaded, scraped, reproduced, adapted, or used for the purpose of training, developing, testing or improving any artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning model, generative AI system, dataset or similar technology without the prior written permission of Dan Woollard Art.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • AI image generators
  • Machine learning datasets
  • Neural networks
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Image recognition systems
  • Any automated data collection or scraping used for AI development

Commercial or non-commercial use of our artwork for AI training or related purposes is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dan Woollard Art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for processing orders, customer support and improving our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
